Southside tied the score at 1-all in the bottom of the first on Jessica Mendoza's RBI grounder, which scored Kylie Eveld. But it was all Cabot after that.

Hailey Hogue was 2-for-2 and Piper Morgan 2-for-3 for the Mavericks.
