The Southside Mavericks’ offensive woes continued Tuesday at Catholic.

Two Catholic pitchers combined for a six-inning no-hitter, with Noah Fowler earning the victory with five no-hit innings during a 10-0 Rockets’ victory.


Fowler retired all 15 batters he faced on just 37 pitches.

he Rockets’ Hank Hannah walked three batters and threw 35 pitches in the first inning before being relieved. Southside didn’t have a base runner the rest of the way.

Evan Hiatt hit a two-run homer and drove in three runs to pace Catholic. Cameron Tissue had three hits and scored three times for the winners.
