The Southside Athletic Department will host three free seminars for current and future Maverick athletes.

? Monday: Nutrition for adolescent athletes, presented by Addie Frick, MS RDN, LDN clinical dietician, Sparks Medical Center.


? May 1: Steering clear of drugs in teens, presented by Tabitha Fondren, regional prevention coordinator for alcohol, tobacco and drugs for Harbor House.

? May 8: Preparing for college athletics and the recruiting process, presented by Southside coaching staff.
