The Northside Lady Bears’ cross country team placed four runners in the top 12 Saturday to win the Mansfield Invitational Cross Country meet. Senior Marlenne Mendez was fifth overall with a time of 22:42.84. Teammates Natalie Alocer and Dirie Balderas placed seventh and ninth, respectively. The Lady Bears’ Cynthia Flores was 11th. Kendall Hays of West Fork won the event with a time of 21:18.87. Ozark senior Kennedy Timmerman was second (21:50.01). The Lady Hillbillies finished second overall. Girls Results 1. Northside, 45; 2.
